PRECIOUS MOMENTS
by Lewis E. Thomas

Count those precious moments as worth more than all the gold!
Especially if they are spent with someone very old.

Count those precious moments as "little gifts" from God!
They may "suddenly be taken away" on that path we trod.

Take the time to "stop" that spinning carousel of life!
"Make time"for those precious moments that brighten up your life!

Cherish "every second" spent with your daughters and your sons!
With your grand children and all your special little ones!

Time is a precious gift given by our Creator up above!
Spend every precious second you can receiving and giving love!

Don't waste "too much time" on those worldly unimportant things!
That can never equal the joy that those "precious moments bring!"

Precious moments are priceless and will never come again!
So go out today and "create" some precious moments with a friend!

Lets spend a little more time with Mom and Dad.
One day they will be gone and we will be very sad.

Each of us has been given a precious amount of time.
Let us spend it wisely after we end this little rhyme!
