Barriers
by PamFord Davis

In our present day, crime and terrorism are commonplace. Security measures are essential.

Where customers and clerks pass money, bullet proof Plexiglas serves as protective barriers for employees. Concrete barriers are in place outside government buildings and at military bases. Before boarding an airplane, the ticket holder must pass through several barriers. These barriers protect us from harm.

Beware of barriers of separation between God our Holy Father and us, his wayward children.
"Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness (Isaiah 59:1-3 KJV)."
