The Right Words
by PamFord Davis I've been there; you have too. We know God is all-powerful and that his will is perfect; sensing he has the final word, we are at a loss for words Jesus is the Word. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men (John 1:1-4 JKV)." Surprisingly, the Word seemed unable to find just the right words when in Gethsemane. "Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again (John 12:27-28 KJV)."
