SHOW ME YOUR GLORY
by Lewis E. Thomas Lord; show me your glory and those places where it resides! Is it found with the rich who hold their heads high with pride? Is it found with the faithful and humble saint who is obedient at all times? I am seeking an answer to this question so I can finish this little rhyme! So God suddenly lifted me up on the Wings of the Wind! God said: My Glory is always found with those who are my "Truest Friends"! The Wind took us up through the Rich neighborhoods filled with Pride! But God's glory was not there so we continued our ride! God said: Let me fly you over a little place where my glory and power is always strong! Then the Wind flew us to a neighborhood of mobile homes! Then we stopped and hovered over a little trailer called a " single wide"! God smiled as He pointed down to one little home with pride! The little trailer was covered with Angels on the roof and all around! They carried flaming swords and where there to protect that holy ground! There was one humble saint named Tola residing there! Tola was a precious saint who spent untold hours seeking God in prayer! Tola served his church faithfully in many ways behind the scenes! He had a heart to "serve" God and his deeds were by God "always" seen! God said: My Glory will be with those like Tola who love me with "all" their heart!
