The Overflow
by PamFord Davis I'm a hot tea drinker. To many who read this, that is common knowledge. I have two problems. First, the tea cools too fast for my taste; second, I down the contents of my cup way too soon. I like a full cup setting before me. "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13 HCS)." God will use the overflow in our lives to His honor and glory. "You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD as long as I live (Psalm 23:5b-6 HCS)."
