All religions say DO. Christianity says DONE.
by Eugene Lopatynsky

Religions pretend salvation by works. Christianity says salvation is impossible by works.

Every law of God is for our benefit, not God's. Every EVIL committed demands eternal justice. When God forgives (saves us), God pays the penalty for the sinner. Man can never save himself by rituals, religions, or by anything which man can devise or do. Man needs a SAVIOR, willing to SUFFER for him. Incredible? It's true, Old Boy.

The Bible itself is a love story; written with blood, upon a wooden cross; the story of God's love for you. Men are not lost because they are sinners; they are lost because they have rejected the SAVIOR, who paid for them.

SALVATION has become a free gift, a completely unmerited favor (grace), for BELIEVING who Christ Jesus is and what He has done for mankind. This is called FAITH. Faith in Christ Jesus alone saves; but this faith, which saves, is never alone. It always has works.

Jesus said, "If ye believe NOT that I AM, ye shall die in your sins..." (John 8: 24). " Before Abraham was, I AM" (Jo. 8: 58). This is the I AM of Jahve (Jehovah).

Christ came to redeem from eternal destruction all those who would seek God and His righteousness. If you believe this and want a God of love (instead of a god of betrayal), say with me," Lord Jesus, forgive me my sins and be the RULER of my life!"

Then clean up your life with the Bible. Look towards the unimaginably wonderful future of every Christian: "Our eyes have never seen, nor ears have heard, NOR COULD ANYONE EVEN HAVE IMAGINED THE HAPPINESS, which God prepared for those who love Him" (1 Cor.2:9).
God's Word, Sir. Look it up.
