Waves
by Olawale Ogunsola In the voyage of life, With me in the ship is the Giver of life. He is in the ship with me, As His disciples, He will lead me. When the tempest arises in the sea, Which anytime I may see. When my ship is covered with waves, Roaring like a lion to enslave. He sometimes seems to be asleep, So long His laws I keep. I can to my Lord turn, And say "awake; so I may not perish!" He will surely arise, And rebuke the winds and the sea. Surely, there will be a great calm, Halleluia! He reigns!! Stay blessed and rapturable because the Lord is coming soon.
