The gods Of This Age ~
by Deborah Ann Belka Lord, may I not bow, to the gods of this day may my heart and soul never to them sway. May I not bend, to the god of tolerance may I not open my mind to this ungodly audience. May I not curtsy, to the god of worldly greed may I not pay the high cost of following this god's creed. May I not fall down, to the god of self-worship may to this god I see how it's eternally worthless. May I not lower myself, to the god of secularism may I not stoop for the god of liberalism. Lord, may I only bow to You, the God of all creation . . . may I always give to You my full undivided devotion! ~~~~~~~~~~ Romans 1:23-25 " And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
