An Simple Explannation of the Holy Trinity
by Sue Darling

Matthew 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Nobody can really explain or truly understand the Holy Trinity that well, because it is too big for our small minds to take it all in. I believe even when we are in heaven we will be always learning new things about our God, because everything about Him is eternal. The Trinity is three person but one God. God the first person is The God the Father, the second person is God the Son and the third person is God the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Son of God and of Man. I am writing this for new believers who may be confused about God the Holy Trinity. Who is one God, yet three persons at the same time. The best way for me to explain it is, you are one person and yet you are somebodies son or daughter, you maybe somebodies brother or sister, father or mother and so on. You are the one and same person yet you have many different ways that you relate to people. All being who you truly are. Now another way of explaining it is that God humbled Himself to save us that He became lower than the angles that part of Him is Jesus. When He rose from the dead He completed everything He had to do to restore us to the status of children of God and now is seated at the right hand of the Father who is the Head of the Trinity. So Jesus is no longer lower than the angles. He is the King of kings, Lord of Lords. The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God is also another way of putting it, is the Spirit of love, enlightenment and I believe personally all that is good. So that is the best I can do.

Somebody described the Holy Trinity to me this way. If you look at an egg there are three parts to it, it has a shell, a egg white and a egg yoke. Even though it has three parts it is only one egg.

Prayer is so powerful and we need to pray for everybody not just our family.
