Prayer:
Ever blessed Father, thank you for the love you show us. That while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. Thank you for Jesus being our perfect example of defeating the tempter and doing good. Help us follow his example. Thank you that He came with a message of reconciliation and went as far as to go to death on a cross for that cause of peace. Thank you also that He came not only to reconcile man to God, but to reconcile brothers to brothers. We praise for His beautiful message of love. Such love influenced His early followers and still influences followers today to seek peace and pursue it. Help us to do the same. Amen
