WHEN ITS TIME TO SAY GOODBYE
by Lewis E. Thomas WHEN ITS TIME TO SAY GOODBYE When it's time to say "Good bye" and your life is about to be over and done!
I hope that your heart belongs to Jesus, the Savior and Gods only son!
A friend of mine had to say "Good bye" to his wife of 41 years!
As she lost her fight against cancer, my friend cried "many tears"!
But, my friend finds comfort during his time of "great loss"!
His wife spent "her life" giving praise to Jesus her Savior that died for her upon the Cross!
When it's time to say "Good bye" how will "you" close "your" final page?
Will you be praising Jesus to the end or cursing his name in a devilish fit of "RAGE"?
We are not promised "tomorrow" in this life that we live!
We don't know how much time to us the Lord above will give!
When it's time to say, "Good bye" will holy angels be waiting to take you up?
Or will they be waiting to take you down because you died unsaved and corrupt?
There is a day ahead for us "all" when we shall step into eternity!
When "you" take that final step where will your eternal soul be?
Will you step into Heaven because you "served" God and Jesus his holy Son?
Or will you step into Hell because you lived in rebellion against God and Christ the anointed one?
Time to think long and hard "about that day" when you will say your final "Good bye"!
Because how you live "now" will determine where you will spend eternity after you die!
Your life could end "suddenly" with no warning as your driving down the road!
You would have no chance to "Repent", and can a soul get into Heaven carrying Sin's heavy load?
My dear friend's wife stepped into eternity with a Band of Angels that took her up and away!
Now, he waits until it's time for him to say "Goodbye" so he can join her in Heaven one sweet glorious day!
