THEY SHALL SHINE THE BRIGHTEST!
by Lewis E. Thomas

THEY SHALL SHINE THE BRIGHTEST!

I looked up one night at the stars in the  sky!
Thoughts came into my mind that made me weep and cry!

As I looked at those stars, I saw some were dim and some were very bright!
My mind wondered off up to that Heavenly realm that night!

God shared a "secret" with me that really blessed my soul!
He gave me the words for this rhyme to bless your soul!

God reminded me of Job, and how old Satan put Job to the test!
And how old Job remained faithful and how in the end he was divinely blessed!

God said, "My servant Job suffered more loss and heartache than most could endure!"
"But Job's faithfulness remained strong, steadfast, firm, and sure!"

God said, " Those Christians who endure the "darkest" hours of testing and suffering on earth below!"
"Will shine the "brightest" in Heaven with a Special and Beautiful breath taking glow!"

If you or someone you know are in the middle of a spiritual battle for the soul!
If you've fought many battles and are growing weary and old...

"Rejoice" in knowing your faithfulness to endure and press on through every trial and test...
Will cause you to reap great and everlasting rewards for doing your best?

God will reward you for "every" tear that fell from your eyes through all your suffering and pain!
He will reward you for all those sleepless nights when the stress and grief almost drove you insane!

In Heaven God will sit you down close by His side, just you and Him alone...
And He will tell you how He watched you go through every trial from His Heavenly Throne!

He will tell you how He gave you the strength and power to carry on!
He will tell you how Jesus was right by your side when you thought you were all alone!

He will tell you how He held you through it all in the hollow of His hand!
As He wipes all your tears away up there in that Glorious Heavenly Land!

They shall shine the brightest...
