Bed… what images popped into you head?’

Are you visualizing a humongous king-sized bed; satin sheets and fluffy pillows?

Maybe you have a green thumb and picture a weed-free flowerbed.

How about a riverbed?

“Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.
The beast of the field will honor Me,
The jackals and the ostriches,
Because I give waters in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert,
To give drink to My people, My chosen (Isaiah 43:19-20 NKJV).”

I remember my fascination with riverbeds in Southern California. They were dry, bereft of rushing river waters.

Rivers in the desert?

Waters in the wilderness?

Yes, with God all things are possible.

"On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, 'If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water (John 7:37-39 NKJV)."

He makes all things new.

“Then He who sat on the throne said, ‘Behold, I make all things new.’ And He said to me, ‘Write, for these words are true and faithful (Revelation 21:5 NKJV). ”
