Celebrate!
by PamFord Davis

Why is Christmas celebrated?

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord (Luke 2:11 KJV).”

That gives us cause to celebrate.

“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost (Luke 19:10 KJV).”

Joseph had an angel’s announcement. Jesus would save people from their sins.

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins (Matthew 1:21 KJV).”

Saved, saved…

“For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life (Romans 5:10 KJV).”

Have a very Merry Christmas.

Celebrate; confess and be saved!

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10: 9-10 KJV).”
