I have a size perception problem.

I think too small.

Where’s the Miracle Grow?

It’s just what’s needed in my prayers of supplication.

Where’s my faith?

Why do I settle for mediocre days?

The LORD gives liberally; wanting to lavish me with red-letter days.

Children think big; they’re not afraid to bring their requests to parents and God.

No dream is too big; no problem is beyond the Lord's power to solve.

I limit His working through my lack of faith. Inadvertently, I reject His provision. He has a never ending supply. Abraham dreamed big; he wanted a son in his old age. God blessed him far beyond anything he anticipated. Abraham looked up.

The nighttime sky became God's constant reminder. He had big plans for his friend Abraham.

“And He took him outside and said, ‘Now look toward the heavens, and count the stars, if you are able to count them.’ And He said to him, ‘So shall your descendants be.’  Then he believed in the Lord; and He reckoned it to him as righteousness (Genesis 15:5-6 NASB).”

Some insomniacs count sheep. Abraham lingered outside; he was counting the stars.
