“And He said, ‘Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.’

From that time many of His disciples went back and walked with Him no more. Then Jesus said to the twelve, ‘Do you also want to go away?’

But Simon Peter answered Him, ‘Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. Also we have come to believe and know that You are the Christ, the Son of the living God (John 6:65-69 NKJV).”

Words of eternal life…

We place our faith in His words.

The faithful have proclaimed His words.

“Then the high priest rose up, and all those who were with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with indignation, and laid their hands on the apostles and put them in the common prison. But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said, ‘Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life (Acts 5:17-20 NKJV).”

Am I faithful?

“… but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word (Acts 6:4 NKJV).”
