WORLD WIDE DELUSION

Thought: Many of us have asked ourselves "is this what some scholars say is the end of the age of grace?" We look around and listen to the news and hear of famines, floods, fires, earthquakes, deadly virises, locust infestations all happening before our eyes.

What does the Word say about the last days? II Thess. 2 tells us that God will allow a great delusion to fall upon those who have said "no" to the Truth, they have refused to believe it and love it." In the end those people will be justly judged.
II Tim. 3 in Pauls letter to Timothy recalls what people will be like in the last days. "For people will love only themselves and their money; they will be proud and boastful, sneering at God, disobedient to their parent, ungrateful to them, and thoroughly bad. They will be hardheaded and never give in to others; they will be constant liars and trouble makers and will think nothing of immorality. They will be rough and cruel and sneer at those who try to be good. They will betray their friends; they will be hotheaded, puffed up with pride and prefer good times to worshiping God."
Does this sound familiar? I do believe we are headed for some kind of climax in the near future but God is still in control and knows the exact time this will all fit into place.
Now is the time to ask yourself if your right with with God. Is Christ part of your life? If so Jesus tells us not fear because he has a glorious future awaiting all his children that will last forever. That is the hope of every believer. We look at who's coming (Jesus) not in what's coming upon the world. Maranatha

Prayer: Father God, that is why we call this promise of a better life in the future the blessed hope of seeing you in person and our loved ones that have went on before us. You have a place prepared for those who love you that will last an eternity. Amen
Verse: Jer. 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not evil to give you a future and a hope."
