Before the Snow Falls
by Tonja Taylor 22 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, 23 Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war? - Job 38:22-23, KJV
Before the snow falls, I will fortify the woodpile of my faith; I will gather my provisions-- The meat and bread of the Word, And the everliving Water that satisfies my thirst.
Before the snow falls I am not afraid; I am clothed in blood-washed garments; I am sheltered by mighty wings And warmed by holy fire.
Before the snow falls To cover me with silent, gentle white I anticipate the welcome time of peace, The time of happy rest; And settle comfortably to watch and wait.
As the snow falls Cool and pure from Heaven's hand, I smile, entering its treasures-- A world renewed, unspotted, free of pain-- Then bow my head to praise His glorious Name. Tonja and her husband live to exalt God. They lift Him up in books (P.O.W.E.R. Girl!; LEGACY; Visions of the King; Your Holy Health; more); presentations; service in church, community, and the world; and via the "River Rain Creative" (309 videos) and "POWERLight Learning" You Tube channels.
