HAVE YOU DRIFTED AWAY?
by Lewis E. Thomas HAVE YOU DRIFTED AWAY? Have you drifted away from the God that you used to love with all your heart?
Have you noticed that your world is starting to turn into chaos and fall apart?
Have you drifted away from your devotions and your study of God's holy word?
Do you think my questions to be intrusive, nosey, and totally absurd?
Have you drifted away from God because your "ANCHOR" is no longer secure?
Have the "CLOUDS OF SIN" moved in around you and made reality obscure?
Have you drifted away from your LORD and your MASTER?
Are you caught in a "SPIRITUAL STORM" that's bringing down on you great disaster?
Are you being tossed to and fro on the great "SEA OF LIFE"?
Are you "LOST AT SEA" with nary one ounce of "HOPE" in sight?
Have you drifted away from "GOD'S SWEET HEAVENLY SHORE?"
Are you doing things today that you know God utterly deplores?
Have you drifted away from that "STRAIGHT AND NARROW WAY?"
If GOD asked you these questions today what would you say?
Have you drifted away from your love for that "OLD RUGGED CROSS"?
If you died right now today, this minute, would your soul be "LOST"?
Have you drifted away and become lukewarm and/or cold?
Have you drifted away so far that you have endangered your soul?
Have you drifted away so far that you have "CROSSED THE LINE"?
Will you cry out to God, repent, and ask Him to rescue you while you "STILL HAVE TIME"?
Have you drifted away?
