Universal Language
by PamFord Davis

Ever wondered what language is spoken most?

I know many people are bilingual and count English as their 2nd language.

I share the top 3 most used languages from statista.com findings.

3 English

2 Spanish

1 Mandarin Chinese

I had beginners French lessons in elementary school. Today, I recall only a few words. My daughter took Spanish class in high school. She has continued her quest to master the language and has hopes to one day travel to Spain.

We can all learn the universal language; we need only to look above and listen.

“The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech,
and night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words,
    whose voice is not heard.
Their voice goes out through all the earth,
and their words to the end of the world (Psalm 19:1-4a ESV).”

The sky speaks; we listen.

Humbled, we respond.

“When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,
what is man that you are mindful of him,
and the son of man that you care for him (Psalm 8:3-4 ESV)?”
