How to Be Strong
by Tonja Taylor

20 No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God21 Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised. -- Romans 4:20,21 (AMPC)

You may feel weak--especially lately, with all the disturbing things that have happened in 2020, and into 2021--but know that the LORD is our strength and shield! We can lean on Him and His Word--our eternal Rock Who never changes!

We exchange our weakness for His strength, and one of the best ways to do this is to praise Him. As Romans 4:20 states, strength rises in us when we praise Him; when we thank Him; when we remember and rehearse His goodness to us!

But You are holy, O You Who dwell in [the holy place where] the praises of Israel [are offered].--Psalm 22:3, AMPC
