I heard a trustworthy account that, during the Revolutionary War, a soldier's wagon got stuck in the mud. He couldn't get it out.

Then a man dressed in plain clothes came by. He got off his horse and helped the solider get the wagon out.

Later, the soldier discovered that the man that helped him was none other than General George Washington!

So it is with our dear LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ, Who is the most humble Servant of all; so humble that He left His diety in Heaven and agreed to come to earth and be born of a virgin, clothed in the disguise of human flesh (John 1:14), to live and preach and teach and heal and die for us all on the cross (John 3:15-17)! He paid the outrageous most terrible sin debt so that we who couldn't pay it could be free and healed and whole and restored and victorious and enjoy Heaven on earth (Deut. 11:21)! 

Praise the LORD that He agreed to become the Son of Man, so we, mankind, could become Sons of God!

So it is Jesus Himself, "disguised"--present--in the hearts of every true, born-again Believer, Who is the Spirit of God, Who is Love. He expresses Himself in every way that we show love for others out of a pure heart!
