A FARMERS LETTER TO GOD

A FARMERS LETTER TO GOD

One day a farmer sat down and wrote a letter to God!
He put a stamp on it, addressed it, and mailed it: "TO GOD"

It contained a list of complaints about various things that bothered him in his life!
The first complaint was that God had done nothing about his nagging wife!

The second complaint was about all the noise his children made "ALL" the day long!
He wanted it to be "MORE QUIET" inside and around his home!

Then he complained about the sudden deaths of his Cow, his Dog and his "PRIZE HOG"!
Then he complained about his old tractor getting stuck in that old soggy bog!

He got a letter back from God in his mailbox, strangely, early the next Sunday morning!
As he read it it filled him with fear because his God's reply was a "FIRM WARNING"!

It read: Mr. Farmer,
The Death Angel heard you complaining about your wife and decided to put her name on the "TOP OF HIS LIST"!
He came to your house one night at midnight to "TAKE HER" because he knew she was someone you would'nt really miss!

I told the death angel not to touch her because you were just an old ignorant "BLIND FOOL"!
I told him to take your Cow and your Dog which you thought was so mean and so cruel!

The Death Angel was listening too when you complained about the noise your frolicking children always made!
As soon as he heard your complaint He began to sharpen up his old "REAPERS BLADE"!

He came again to your house at midnight to "TAKE" all of your children, in the midst of a strange and creepy "FOG"!
It was that same night you stuck your tractor in the bog...
I told him not to touch "them" but instead to take your old coveted "PRIZE HOG"!

If you keep complaining about the family I gave you the way you "LOVE" to do!
The next time the Death Angel comes for one of them, I will tell him to "TAKE YOU"!

Give thanks to God every day for those within your home!
For tomorrow one of them could perish and be "FOREVER GONE"!
