Good works for a good morning…

We all have a brand new day; yesterday’s slate has been wiped clean.

It’s like looking at a classroom blackboard; it’s been thoroughly washed. All telltale signs of chalk have been removed. What once appeared cloudy and dingy is bright.

If we confess our sin and repent, (turn away from sin) God wipes our slate clean.

“For I will be merciful toward their wrongdoings,
And their sins I will no longer remember (Hebrews 8:12 NASB)”

The board is empty and ready to be filled with today’s new work assignments.

The Lord has work, opportunities of service, for all His children.

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them (Ephesians 2:10 NASB).”

You might be surprised to learn where today's walk will take you!
