Why is so much hatred to do with religion? ISIS is killing many in the name of their beliefs.

How can God be a God of love? Well, Jesus Christ came as a baby 2 000 years ago. He grew up and died on a cross. He rose again the third day. He did this to show God’s love. Jesus Christ is the Only One True God and He is a God of love.

After Jesus was born a cruel king called  Herod sent his army out to kill all the boys under two years old. He had heard of Jesus, the newborn king and did not want anyone to take his place. Hatred comes from evil and false religion and the desire for power and false ideologies. Love comes from Jesus Christ who came to show God’s love.
