Sometimes when it rains I imagine that every raindrop is a tear from God!

Thoughts like that will cause some to deem me to be strange and quite odd!

 

I like to imagine that the showers that fall upon us are the tears that fall from the eyes of God up above!

As He weeps hard over his creation called "MANKIND" who ignores or flat out rejects His awesome "GIFT OF LOVE"!

 

That would be the precious gift of His only Son, Jesus Christ!

Who took our place on that old rugged Cross to pay a "TERRIBLY HIGH PRICE"!

 

Sometimes the raindrops/tears fall softly and can hardly be heard...

As they fall from the "GREAT CREATOR" who feeds the great elephants to the smallest of little birds!

 

Sometimes the raindrops/tears fall very hard with a loud deafening sound!

Like when God sees us turning His Churches into "WORLDLY SOCIAL CLUBS" thereby desecrating His "HOLY GROUND"!

 

I like to imagine that the "GREAT SEAS", rivers, and lakes are filled or flowing with "GOD'S TEARS"!

His Raindrops/Tears that have been falling for many, many, "THOUSANDS" of years!

 

Remember the Great Flood when it rained for forty days and for forty nights covering every mountain high?

I like to imagine that every raindrop during the flood was a tear from God as He wept "HARD" knowing that all but eight souls were going to die!

 

Next time it rains think about this little rhyme a moment or two!

Think about the tears God wept that day as He watched His only Son being "CRUCIFIED" for "LOST SOULS", like me and like you!
