Darkness and Fog
by PamFord Davis

Walking or driving in darkness and fog can be both difficult and dangerous.

Maybe you remember Doris Day and Rex Harrison’s ‘Midnight Lace’1960 movie mystery. It featured nighttime scenes in the city of London. Stalked, Doris’ character walked streets in fear; in haste she traversed through darkness and fog. Multitudes among us walk in spiritual darkness and the fog of confusion.

God waits to lead all out of darkness and into His light and understanding.

“The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light,

And upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death

Light has dawned (Matthew 4:16 NKJV).”

Have you entered the light?

“Through the tender mercy of our God,

With which the Dayspring from on high has visited us;
To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death,
To guide our feet into the way of peace (Luke 1:78-79 NKJV).”

Praise God!

 “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love (Colossians 1:13 NKJV).”
