"You're the doer, God is the Helper," I heard a well-known minister say.

Indeed. So, that means to me that God is waiting on us to take a step; to move; to decide and to do.

We can wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait.......and miss much of what God has for us!

There is certainly a time to wait on the LORD, especially for the timing of things. Many Believers (including me, more than once, because I was so passionate about doing what the LORD had showed me in my heart!) have moved out too soon, and lost a lot of time, money, and effort. 

However, God excels at taking our messes and making miracles! (Ask me how I know!)

He is so very good, and He is pleased when we step out on faith and trust Him, knowing that we do NOT know all the details, but that He does, and that, no matter where we go wrong--when we're doing our best to please Him and bring Him glory and honor--He will help and cover us, and make up for lost time.

He will help us to continue to draw close to Him, to hear Him better going forward by learning more of His Word (His ways); and praying and listening to Him (Prayer is not just talking to God, but listening to Him also!); to spend time just worshiping, just adoring Him; and learn from our mistakes. He will help us to better "choose life." 

I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you that I have set before you life and death, the blessings and the curses; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live.--Deut. 30:19, AMPC

He will help us, after we have failed in our endeavors, or not accomplished the full plan we'd thought would work, to have the courage to ask and plan and do again. 

Be strong, courageous, and firm; fear not nor be in terror before them, for it is the Lord your God Who goes with you; He will not fail you or forsake you.--Duet. 31:6, AMPC

He is faithful to stir our hearts, and help us follow Him, to trust that, no matter how we mess things up, when our hearts are right, He will bless us and others attached to us anyway! He is so awesome, and so good, and so awesomely good!

He is our good Shepherd, and will take us by the hand (in our hearts and minds, and even send people to literally help us!) and show us the way to go. He will help us to trust Him and go forward!

⁵ Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. ⁶ In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.--Proverbs 3:5-6, AMPC

God never changes. Hallelujah!

The same God that stirred up Moses and Nehemiah and Isaiah and all the greats in the Old Testament is the same God Who stirs us today! Because LORD Jesus came and lived as one of us, and died for us to pay for our sins in Calvary over 2,000 years ago, then rose again and reigns in Heaven, praying for us always, He is with us.

He is helping us.

So ask the LORD how He wants you to "Go and do and do and go" to live for Him and help others know Him. 

He will!
