Separation Allows Revelation
by Olawale Ogunsola

Genesis 13:14-16
"[14]After Lot had gone, the lord said to Abram, “Look as far as you can see in every direction—north and south, east and west.
[15]I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession.
[16]And I will give you so many descendants that, like the dust of the earth, they cannot be counted!" New Living Translation, NLT.
In life, there are so many attachments that prevent access to great things, including great visions, and until those hinderancea are eliminated, better things will not manifest.

Attachments are not only things but persons. Attachments to wrong people will impair your progress physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. And not until necessary detachment steps are made, you will remain the same.

This was the case with father Abraham. When he was to depart from his native land, he left with Lot. This man became a problem to him. Both were blessed and the land could not accommodate them and their possessions. With maturity, Abraham allowed Lot to choose another place for himself.

He went away from his uncle.

As soon as he left, God started revealing great things to him. This is the content of the opening verses of this piece. Beloved, are you regularly separated from those things and people who prevent you from receaving meaningful Revelations from God? Great Revelations do not come in the midst of hinderances and noise. Find time to be alone with your God.

Pay attention to the truth that the content of the book of Revelation in the Holy Bible became manifested to John, the beloved when he was alone on the Island of Patmos. Do you want great Revelations? Separation is needed. Stay blessed and prepared for the imminent coming of the Lord.
