Fact or Fiction
by Angela M. Baker-Bridge

Hazy skies... evidence that the sun no longer shines brilliantly, anywhere

Dark days... there will never be better ones coming

Leafless trees... never provided shade or beauty

Empty cupboards... are significant to nourishing souls

Small homes... correlate to the size of eternal dwellings

Useless vehicles... hinder forward movement

Blank checkbooks... provide the sum of blessings bestowed

Frayed clothes... hide enviably natural beauty

Bare feet... cripple overcoming life's obstacles

Blistered hands... can no longer gently touch lives

Teary eyes... are parallel to perfect peace

Deafened ears... interfere with listening to the heart

Hesitant tongues... are indicators of intelligence

Empty arms... restrict further embracing life

Unworthy sinners... are denied salvation's cleansing

Unforgiven souls... cannot receive God's grace

Unloved people... give God's love generously

Ungrateful believers... acknowledge God's unmerited mercy

Unhappy thinkers... receive the joy of the Lord

Unpopular beliefs... cannot be Biblical

Un-prayed Christians... are clear recipients of God's perfect will

Things are always as they seem to be...
