It Is Written

Yvonne Birnell While listening to some music tonight God all of a sudden turned on a light A spot inside my mind did glow An idea it birthed and started to grow He reminded me of a story I'd read Temptations of Jesus now ran in my head How Jesus, went out to be enticed To prove to Satan He was the Christ Three times he tempted now our Savoir Tried real hard to make Jesus waver It has been said - It is written He spoke the word Satan was smitten Once written on paper you can't deny All who read finds it's a truth or lie Don't just take part - leave none behind I tell you now that can mess with a mind All spiritual blessings God gave to man Pick up your Bible - Make your stand There are good words just for the gettin Find what God said, for It is written Saved by the grace of God. Married to a wonderful husband. Mother of 4, grandmother of 20, and ggmother of 4. Given the grace from God for the of love for words and ryhmes, to share with the world God Love for all mankind.
