That Little Extra.

Happy new year, readers. welcome to 2008-my place of greatness. whether it will be great for you or not,whether you will succeed or fail in 2008 is largely determined by how much responsibility you attach to the things you do. Situations will arise but you have got to be smart.its not the things that happens that hurts but how we respond to them.'experience is not what happens to a man but what a man does with what happens to him"-thomas hardy. Greatness is not a function of being special but a function of making continous committments to that little extra. EQUALITY STILL EXISTS. Everyone ever given birth to had the same resources at thier disposal, which includes time-no one has extra time.the ability to put that little extra (into your time) makes a whole lot of difference.while others were sleeping and enjoy pleasurable activities, you were burning out your night oil and getting busi'ness. it was henry Ford who said "it has been my observation that most people get ahead during the momments others waste time". CHRISTMAS LESSONS. At christmas, we learnt two most espository lessons: 1) starting small, 2) the act of giving or sharing. isnt it amazing that a king was born in a manger and yet it didnt affect his visions in life. God proved his love for us by giving his son, how have you proven yours? I want to encourage you today to start something-is it a school,trade,vocation,business,ectetera. just start with what you have no matter how small and continue to add that little extra-give in your best-and watch how your life will tremendously improve and increase by 1000%. MY LAST WORDS. start small,put that little extra but don't stay small. "a little folding of the arms to sleep...so shall thy poverty come" - king Solomon. don't wait for the right time it may never come, remenber hardwork has never killed anybody but poverty has...see you at the top.
