BEDOUIN poem
by Richard L. Provencher Thirst is an impediment for hooves across the Sahara, eyes as stars breakfast among the dunes, shifting ridges, windy nudges challenging our camels, their throaty calls streaking across the terrain. A dust storm spirals from the sky, creates a stamping on the ground, the measure of sun's anvil. Richard L. Provencher 2006 Richard enjoys writing poems; many of which have been published in Print and Online. He and his wife, Esther are also co-authors of stories and a print novel. They are "born again" Christians and very busy in their church, Abundant Life Victory International, in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia. Article Source: http://www.faithwriters.com |
