All The Ways Of The Lord Are Loving
by Jamie Reid Psalm 25:10, "All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful for those who keep the demands of His covenant." When we enter into a covenant relationship with the Lord, the Word says that God remains loving and faithful to us. That means no matter what we're facing whether it's financial problems, marital issues or difficult times in general, God covers us and helps meet our needs. He'll handle our situation with the utmost care and concern. He'll never turn us away to deal with bigger issues. He cares about every little detail in our lives. Our biggest obstacle is overcoming the urge to worry. Founder of the Ford Motor Company, Henry Ford, said, "I believe God is managing affairs and that He doesn't need any advice from me. With God in charge, I believe everything will work out for the best in the end. So what is there to worry about" (worldquote.org). And there's a wonderful promise echoed from Henry Ford's words found right in the Bible, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose," (Rom. 8:28). All of us have requests and needs each and every day. Some are more urgent than others, and God cares about every single one of them. Give Him the chance to show His loving, faithful hand in your life as you bring your requests to Him. He'll not overlook you or push you aside. Devotional written by Jamie L.
