The Favor of God
by boatrocker Gilmore The favor of God is better than silver or gold. For it gives life excitement, you won't grow weary or old. Jesus said, "that I come that you may have life and life more abundantly." The blessings that are seen are temporal but favor lasts for all eternality. Favor can't be earned it is not about your skills or intellect. For it is written, it is not by might nor power but by God's Spirit. It was Favor that brought Joseph from the pit to a royal position Favor is granted to those who are loyal to God in every situation. It was favor that brought Esther from a lowly state to becoming a queen. Promotion comes from God, he chooses the time, place and the mean. It is very clear that it is better to wait for Gods Favor. For it gives - what can't be given by many days of Labor. Prayer: Father God thank you for your favor on my life. Let me not despise it but embrace your abundant provisions with all humility.
