Impossibility
by boatrocker Gilmore

There is never an occasion for a Christian to boast.
For the only good he can do is only through the Holy Ghost.

It is written that our own righteousness is as filthy as rags.
To think that we can do good without God should raise many red flags.

There is none good but God, Jesus said.
If God's Spirit does not do it, all works are dead.

It is impossible to do any of God commands without his Spirit.
Those who are led by his Spirit are his sons-we must admit.

It is necessary for each believer to be filled with the Holy Ghost.
To not have God's Spirit, it is the spirit of pride that we can diagnose.

The spirit of pride deceives men to think that they can be good without God.
God is the source of all good; therefore, pride's doctrine is a fraud.

Doing anything without God's spirit, leads to unprofitability.
To do good works without God, is an impossibility.

Prayer: Heaven Father, let me not be deceived to think that I can produce good works apart from you but let me yeild to your spirit that your good works can be done through me. In Jesus Name.Amen
