I am too busy being thankful!
by boatrocker Gilmore Because of the Biblical fact that Jesus Christ reigns Is the reason for no Christian to murmur and complain. For murmuring and complaining are fruits of the flesh. These are old and stale ways of living not a life that is fresh. Jesus said, "that I come that you may have life and life more abundantly." Murmuring and complaining is evidence that one's life is lived Selfishly. He hasn't given his life up for Christ-a new life hasn't begun. He hasn't said to God , not my will but thy will be done. But we are new creatures of Christ now; we can overcome the Devil ways. We are creatures full of gratitude and thanksgiving to God we praise. Let us not be deceived murmuring and complaining is not always heard. It begins in the heart revealing itself when a bad attitude has occurred. Let us choose today to exchange murmuring and complaining for joyfulness and gladness. Let us not continue to have a countenance full of sadness. When the Devil rings your spiritual phone - let's be careful. Tell him, there is no time to complain, I'm to busy being thankful.
