Stolen Identity
by boatrocker Gilmore Men are targeted by the enemy for self- destruction. He uses old devices and new ones under construction. Most men live without ever knowing their purpose. Lessons on manhood that should have been taught by fathers are rarely the focus. They are bombarded with images in the world that are false. He fails to realize that a real man is one that carries his cross. Now the enemy is an opportunist, taking advantage of ignorance. He feeds men with so many lies that for the truth he has low tolerance. The enemy convinces the man that he is of little worth. That he is a cursed creature of God even from his birth. He does not know his position in his home, so women and children rule. He avoids vital responsibilities, never learned in school. He feels an emptiness that drugs, achohol, women nor money can fill. He has many secret sins in his life, that he perpetually attempts to conceal. Satan convinces the man that God can't forgive him for the sins of his past. He then begins to cover up pain by becoming involved in things that won't last. Satan uses condemnation to finish the job. Now his true identity has been cleverly robbed. Jesus is the way the truth and the life, no man can come to the Father except by him. God is waiting for men to come so he can reveal His purpose to them. God alone can restore all that the enemy has stolen. He can turn a man's life from trash to something that is golden. There is hope for men who feel defeated and ashamed.
