by David Pekrul When you are down the only way is up, When you are gone the only way is back, When you have thirst you drink before you sup, When you are lost you try to get on track. Be strong and take responsibility, The problem's yours and you must take control, With those who help don't show hostility, When cut in half the only way is whole. When you're in bonds the only way is free, When fallen down the thing to do is stand, It's up to you, not really up to me, Although I try to lend a helping hand.
