The Limitless Strength of God
by boatrocker Gilmore Acts 16:25, 26 (New Living Translation) reveals, "Around midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening. Suddenly, there was a massive earthquake, and the prison was shaken to its foundations. All the doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off!" God's strength is made perfect in our weakness. Which includes everything from poverty to sickness. For it is in our weakness that he gets all of his glory. We shouldn't depend on our self-sufficient inventory. After we pray and praise we should stand still. We will then see God wonderful power reveal. Be patient, be not weary in well doing. It is his strength that we are constantly pursuing. Our limited strength will fail us every time. Why stay in the valley, when there are mountains to climb?
