The Reverse is now the Case
by Chris Umeweni "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them" (Genesis 1:26, 27 KJV). This was the exact master plan of God for our lives before man lost his glory in the Garden of Eden. But thanks be to God who sent His so much cherished Son, Jesus to restore man his lost glory through His death and resurrection. But one astonishing thing is that despite all that Jesus have done, many still have not claimed this dominion over every created thing; rather they allow created things control them. Many have gone into the bushes and forests, cut woods, use some as fuel and convert the others to idols, bowing before them. Some also have allowed the plant, tobacco and their likes control them by their smoking it uncontrollably. How do I begin to mention the fact that many women all over the world now allow animals have sex with them just for money which they were meant to have dominion over! There is a missing link somewhere. This ought not to be so. It's either such an individual have not opened his or her heart to make Jesus LORD over all affairs or that he or she have failed to accept this truth. Whether there be anything existing on earth, God has given man authority over all. There is still power in the blood of Jesus to cleanse us from ALL sins and set us on the right path.
