The Godly Father's Plan
by boatrocker Gilmore A Godly father's desire is to see his family saved. He has no greater goal on Earth that he perpetually craves. This wise father knows that if he fails to plan, he plans to fail. But if he applies God's Word to his life, his plans will prevail. He is the head of the house, teaching his family the ways of Jesus with great determination. He follows Jesus himself setting the example for his family's salvation. He prays daily for his family, trusting God to meet their needs. He doesn't designate their souls to another-he is the one that intercedes. He corrects the members of his family using God's Holy Word. To follow the Traditions of men to him is completely absurd. The traditional man is not concerned for his family's souls, he runs away from this obligation like a gazelle. He is living for the here and now risking his family perishing in hell. Let us pray that God will raise up more Godly Fathers that will lead their families to victory. And may Godly fathers be rewarded by seeing their plans complete and his family living with God for all eternity.
