Yesterday's Bread
by Randall Wadley

A New Year has dawned. We are one day closer to our Saviors return. Hallelujah! The past years memories are still fresh in our minds. There were times when we were at the pinnacle and times when we fell into the crevices of the abyss. You cant live on yesterdays bread and if your memories are bigger than your dreams then theres no future. Time is finite and has no resurrection.

I am the LORD, your Holy One,
Israel's Creator, your King."

16 This is what the LORD says
he who made a way through the sea,
a path through the mighty waters,

17 who drew out the chariots and horses,
the army and reinforcements together,
and they lay there, never to rise again,
extinguished, snuffed out like a wick:

18 "Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.

19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the desert
and streams in the wasteland. (Isaiah 43:15-19)

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See I am doing a new thing! 11 Tevet 5767 on the Hebrew calendar is when most people will be celebrating the first day of 2007. We all look to the New Year as a time of new beginnings and some believe that 2007 is the year of completeness. I believe everyday is a new beginning; God is always doing a new thing in our lives. I am excited and cant wait to see how mightily God moves in this year.

We all need to step outside the box of religiosity this year and become soul winners. How many souls did you lead to Christ last year? How many are you going to lead this year? Where are you going to lead them? The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. We need to seek a new anointing everyday. I challenge you this year to dream bigger than your memories, where there is no vision theres no growth. Dont let your past bankrupt your future.
