I remember my new client asks me that I need to tell my opinion to him about
what an entrepreneur who needs to own quite a personality to compete in this
business society .Then, he tells me that he will give his job to the another consultant to do
if I can't tell him this answer immediately. At the moment, I don't tell my opinion to him
immediately. I choose to find the authors' article to support my opinion to write to him to read. I feel my client want to test my responsibility and reliability. If I tell him my answer to him immediately, he will feel that I am lazy and I should not spend time to help him to gather any information to do any further projects inconsiderately. Otherwise, if I choose to find another article to support my opinion. He will believe that I am a reliable consultant. I must attempt to spend more time to gather information to help him to do further any projects.

After one minute, I say to him "I compromise you that I shall find the other author's article to support my opinion to write one article to you tomorrow, please." Then he tells me that I accept your answer. Tomorrow, I hope that I can see your writing answer.


The next day, I give my article to him to read. My article refer that every entrepreneur
needs to own these personality. However, I express my opinion as below from this author's view point supporting. In my article refers every entrepreneur needs to
own these personalities .In stance, ambition, patience, judgment, creative innovation, risk
bearing. As the author stated that "risk bearing means concerning the buying of goods at certain current price and selling them at future, uncertain price"( Hoffman ,8).


I mean that every entrepreneur needs to own these kind of personalities to adopt globalization and high technology competitive changing, owning new idea to innovate
product, process, market and organization, accessing and developing workers' ability to cope with such change effectively, intending to create a start up nonexistent business mind.


The argument has been developed that when entrepreneurs compare the money that who have lost with the brave, confidence, seeking successful business attitude and mind that who have gained, the money that who have missed with the positive mind building that who have attained ( Joseph & Brooks, 8).

According to my observations, the secret of one successful entrepreneur needs own
a lot of personality of enthusiasm, patience, self assurance, ambition, judgment,
creating innovation, risk bearing. However, these three factors are the important among of them. First of all, enthusiasm is the most powerful driving force that keeps every entrepreneur achieving for success. Secondly, every entrepreneur must learn to be patient. Finally, self assurance is essential. Without it, every entrepreneur will be too weak to face the frustration that might appear along the way to success. After my client sees my article and listens my presentation who tells me that I believe you spend much time to gather the another author article to support your opinion. Although, you can't tell your opinion to me yesterday, but I
feel that you are one reliable and responsible business consultant. I decide to give my further every business projects to you to do in the future.

As a matter of fact, I prove that I choose to write one article to explain to answer his question which can persuade my client to choose me to do his every further business projects.
