God grant me serenity
To accept the things I cannot change
Courage to change the things that I can

To know the difference
Living in each moment of every day

Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace
Taking as Jesus did this world
Not as I would have it but as it is
Trusting that You will bring justice

God grant me the will
To surrender my will to yours
That I may know Your blessing in this life

God grant me the joy
To endure with You before me
That I may know the supreme joy yet to come
