Forgiveness is His to Give

"Father forgive them, for they do
not know what they are doing."
NIV Luke 23.34

Dear Father: Thank You for Your
watchful eye, Your loving kindness and
the shepherding provided us in our
daily lives. You are the consummate
Deliverer, through Your Son, Jesus, the
Great Physician who not only heals
wounded bodies, but sacrificed His own
life to atone for our sins. Allow
us to kneel in thankfulness, to bow
our heads for the shame we once had.
Now that we have been refined in the
fire, promote us to warrior status,
not carrying a weapon for war, but
having a peaceful heart, a loving touch
and fire in our belly to proclaim Your Word.
Amen.
