Sitting by the cornfield
In the heat of sun's rays;
You'll hear the corn growing,
As it grows taller each day!

You'll hear a little pop,
As each large leaf unfolds.
If you are a farmer,
You are nearing your goal!

The power God has placed
In that small, yellow seed,
Encourages the heart;
Knowing God supplies our need!

We rest in our Maker,
Who wants all men to know;
He sends the rain and sunshine
Which makes everything grow!

So, bowing before Him,
Give God your deepest praise.
Place your trust in His Grace,
And He will bless all your days!

An elderly Christian who has learned to depend upon the Lord. He is sufficient to meet our needs in any circumstance of life. I only want to honor Him
