You can walk anywhere! Regardless of the weather conditions it can also be done inside. Tread mills are enjoyed by many; but they are not necessary. Briskly walk in place while listening to your favorite music or watching TV. If listening to Christian music or viewing Gospel programming, you will be strengthening your body plus renewing your mind!
