Rhythm of hearts out of sync;
vows forgotten -

what will happen to the children?

Garments sponge tumbling tears
of precious innocent souls -

what will happen to the children?

Mother unstable;
daddy role never accepted -

what will happen to the children?

Egos collide;
selfishness surfaces -

what will happen to the children?

Bribes cast;
highest bidder wins -

what will happen to the children?

Their voices forgotten,
no one asks -

what will happen to the children?
