Faith dressed up
in words from the pulpit
leaped across faces
seeking truth
and forgiveness

silent thoughts
reflecting possibilities.

âWill the Lord truly help our
children change?â
a couple dares to think.

âHope is eternalâ says
the Pastor as
if reading their thoughts.

Man and wife
continue in blessed prayer.

âStop that!â one child shouts.
âMom heâs pinching meâ
the other whines.

Help us make it through
another day
is a parental wish.
